Started looking over every single page in this thread from Page 1 'til about Page 155 due to boredom at work, makes me wish I was into this shit 10+ years ago.
Anyways, here's a setup from a couple years ago that "actually follows the rules 🤪" Front: 18x9.5 -19 A-Disk Weds Kranze Ratzinger on 215/35r18 tires Shitty fender pull of about 3.5" +/- 0.25" Camber approx. -6.1° Rear: 18x9.5 +15 MB Battles on 215/35r18 tires 25mm + 15mm + 3mm spacers Shitty quarter panel pull of about 2.5" +/- 0.25" Camber approx. -4.3° Amazing how many people in here just kept posting shit that didn't even match anything close to thread criteria LOL |

Been so long since I have posted that Im not sure where else to ask aside from creating a new thread....
slightly off topic question but related..:Leon Hardiritt Ordens. I cant figure out what kind of hardware goes on the inner/backside of the wheel. The bolts that mount to the back side of each spoke(not the pretty ones on the face of the wheel. I got all new outer colored hardware and the nuts for them but I still need the bolts that get screwed in from the back side.. any one know what they are? been so long I forgot how to link pictures to post them lol.. https://www.instagram.com/p/B71NWhRj...web_copy_link_

I bring the old thread because I'm looking for a new set of rims. Just check out the options on 4wheelonline. I am thinking about getting a black wheel, but some of my friends told me to get a two-toned rim for additional style.

Btw what about posting pictures like I'm doing now directly from my phone? Uploading in tapatalk, does it not show the pictures correctly or something?

I don't think wheel fitment is as much of a dark art as it was back in the day. The whole stance craze brought it mainstream. Running super deep dish wheels with negative offsets isn't crazy anymore thanks to rocket bunny making flares for every car under the sun. Width, offset, and tire stretch science seems to be common knowledge these days.
Anyway, here's my contribution to ensure my position as this threads #1 contributor for perpetuity lol SSR SP1 17x9 +0 HP disk 215/40r17 Zeknova rs606 17x10 +11 NR disk 235/40r17 Federal 595rsr 40mm extended flca PBM rear drop knuckles Subframe risers D-Max 40mm D1 Spec fenders Origin 30mm Tatakadasi overfenders front -9.5? camber 7.1? caster .02? toe out rear -1.5? camber .27? toe out

I like my cars to be functional and to remain stock fenders, liners etc as possible. I have been around the s-chassis and "jdm" scene here in Europe since the mid 2000s and never understood why people were going crazy for the crazy fitment trend but oh well..
Here is my S13 when I bought it. Work Emotion 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 ET12 all around. Camber around -4. Drove like ass and wasn't enjoyable at all. Was cool to look at from different angles I guess but that got tiresome pretty quickly. Here is my inspiration. Ride height that makes the car look good, not broken. Functional. Fast. I really hope this catches on. This is my car from yesterday, still waiting on 180sx Kouki bodykit to be painted but you get the idea. BBS LM 17x9 ET20. -2.5 camber up front and -1.5 in the back. Has new fender liners up front that keeps the dirt away and drives like a sports car should. |

Got my rear fitment dialed in, front needs to come down so I’ll post that when it’s done.
AVS modal 5s 18x10+45 with 25mm spacers (27mm on passenger side to make up for offset subframe) and 5 degrees of negative camber. On a 235/40/18. Last edited by Malek.Z13; 05-23-2024 at 07:52 AM.. |
