My 16x8s -10 on my friends car with 1 degree of camber, it'll be a tough fit on my car, but I run a lot more camber and the car hasnt settled yet.

THEY WONT CLEAR Z BRAKES!!!

That applies to all Satrion wheels. The 16x8 -10 and 16x9 0 dont need as much of a spacer as the 16x7 +18 and 16x8 +18 do.

couple more pics on the new car, rear camber is IDK -2ish front is alot, ~3.5 ish. Alginment has yet to be done and camber will be taken out, next step is to get a tire wider then 205 on the rear. FENDER PULLIN TIME!!!!!

Polishing lips is cake. Im guessing they come clear coated, so if any of that is remaining you want to strip it. Then sand off knicks scratches etc and get at it with a polishing wheel and some polishing compound.

Is anyone running these with Z brakes? What size wheel + spacer + brakes (26mm or 30mm)

do these wheels clear stock brakes?
and how much do they weigh?
i love the styling, it's old school, but looks hot, imo, with the center of the spokes painted black and polishing the rest.

All I see is:
"That applies to all Satrion wheels. The 16x8 -10 and 16x9 0 dont need as much of a spacer as the 16x7 +18 and 16x8 +18 do.

Fronts: 16x7 +18 spaced out to -9 THEY WONT CLEAR Z BRAKES!!!"

So are those 30mm or 26mm zbrakes? Also the 16x8 +18 wont clear even after the spacer? What about rears? I am asking specifically what size spacers people are running to get the nicer sizes, the 16x8 negative offset and the 16x9 to clear.

30mm

rears would need ~20mm spacer so figure 16x8 -30 or 16x9 -20 if you can fit them have fun.
fronts would need ~25/27mm spacer

Seriously, I guess it's regamasters you had on the front, those were freaking SWEET!!! I hate polish, I like my wheels to be black or gunmetal, but dang, those were amazing. I want some bling now

I just picked a pair up recently, and I love them powdercoated. Right now I'm driving an FC, so if I can clear them on the fronts, you should have no problems with the Z brakes.

I'll keep you all posted. (if you have any pics of them on an FC3S RX-7, it would be greatly appreciated if you posted them up for me.)
-M

edit: by pair I mean full set: 16x7 +16 (?), 16x8 -10

Sorry to bring this back up but I recently have an infatuation with finding cheap decent wheels off of stock cars. More sleeper factor maybe?? Makoto, did you happen to weigh any of these wheels before you got rid of them or anything like that?

The 16x7s weigh ~17 lbs, I'd weigh my 16x8s but they got some R210 compounds on em and that probably has no relevance to most.

simba's a gangsta with the starion wheels. I'm lookin for a pair for myself right now. 16x8 with 205 tread = cheap tires but still stiff sidewall.

THIS THREAD IS 7 MONTHS OLD!!! Did you notice that before you added nothing to it?

... proof that the new people are searching, even if they aren't doing shit with what they find.
