I did find the full part number I contacted nismo today they show it in the Japan system and are going to contact them to check if they are still available

Not super rare, but only came in the Kouki S14's. Does it have the shift pattern on it? Is it RHD or LHD?

The Italian manufacturer that made their shift boots went out of business awhile back. I had inquired about getting one. Possibly have them now but I wouldn't be surprised if they're discontinued.

Regardless this was supposed to be more of a "rare OEM options" thread.

Has anybody tried ordering any optional parts through Amayama Trading http://www.amayama.com/?

They have a lot of optional parts listed as they have the entire Nissan FAST catalogue but there's no guarantee the parts are still available until you make an order. I just find it hard to believe no one on here or in Japan has caught onto this if they actually do have the parts.

I can try and ask people in Japan, but first I need to know where I can get that Nissan FAST software for mac or windows vista. The Nissan FAST software I have right now is for windows XP unfortunately I don't have windows XP on my PC.

Yeah not many people run windows xp anymore since it's no longer supported

Just an FYI for anyone interested; I placed an order with Amayama for a few optional parts and they just came back saying they're no longer available. Just cause it's listed on their site doesn't mean they can get it. Back to Yahoo JP I go

Win7 Pro has an emulator for XP mode. You can still buy it online.

dont know how rare it is. I have only seen it for sale once. The silver\grey s14 oil cap. I just got one. goes with the rest of my rare oem options. Still on the quest for more.

Very nice!! Bet it took awhile to accumulate. I got the sills and the 3rd also. Need those louvers to finish the lighting option package!

You're actually missing another piece to the package

The interior lighting with key ring. I have it just don't have it pictured with everything. I got them last year

Edit: Also Red isn't OEM, it should be green/blue/cyan color
