I did not buy the Dakota setup as I know someone running one of the MC VSS units and said there was no modification needed. I am hoping he is right because the VSS is already at my house
![]() I guess I got lucky because I purchased my MC rebild parts about 4 months ago and everything was available. Waiting for NY winter to pull the trigger on the trans rebuild and serious power adders. FYI I bought the $200 ebay swap kit just for Schnitz and Giggles and my builder (M&S Performance) said that the kit was actually good quality for the price. BTW....anyone running A/C with their setup/swap? I am trying to figure out how much of a headache it will be to get the system up and running. I am looking to keep it because I will be using the car as a daily....most of the time.
Tx in advance. |

Anyone else using turbodave/TDF mounts?
The kit I got from him (which look suspiciously identical to the ruckus/zero lift mounts) won't clear my sway bar. Where are you guys getting sway bar spacers made/does anyone on here have a set for sale? |

I'm debating on what motor mount bushings to use. I'm going to run the stock aristo engine brackets and modify my crossmember to put it in good position. Anybody doing something similar and what bushings did you use? I'd like to use either stock Supra TT mounts, or something like a urethane, delrin, or solid aluminum mounts. Would even look into making stock nismo mounts work. Didn't know if anyone had experiances with any of these options and what they liked and didn't like. Also looking at best cost effectiveness as well.

wouldn't be a bad idea. I think mine ran like 190-200 (sometimes 208ish) if it was hot or i was in traffic, upgraded to FAL fans and TRD Thermostat this year hoping for some better results.

I have a Griffin 3 core radiator and FAL fans.
In Las Vegas last August, the engine never got above 200 degrees and it was 110+ outside. Coolant Mix: Water and Water Wetter only. The only thing I hate about my cooling setup is having to run pusher fans. I'm contemplating modifying my core support to make room for puller fans. Has anyone done this? |

I'm running pushers also and my car runs at 180. Haven't had any issues other than sometimes the fans draw too much and blow the fuse, fortunately I've been able to catch it before it's too late lol.
