What: Red coupe, dumped on some knockoffs, black piggy front end, and either HID pop ups or some super bright blue bulbs.

Sorry I dont differentiate between knock offs anymore, XXR/sportmax/drag/rota/motegi/fail brand X.

Monday around 10:30am headed north on hwy 99 somewhere between mack road and florin rd 240 hatch with s15 front, body kit, a wing standing 2ft above hatch, had nevada plates, 180sx tails. was dark, black, maybe dark blue. The car looked good with the exception of the grocery cart handle on the hatch.

About 2 days ago at night on Alemany and Silver...I was turning left onto Alemany and a s13 hatch was waiting at the light gave me a quick double high beam. Didn't know it was a s13 until I saw the lights flicker, looked real fast.
