Anyone have trouble installing their driveshaft. I have a sc300 motor/W58 Trans and my DS goes in .5" and hits the metal sleeve on the inside of the trans. Everything else seems to be good, just dont know if i should force it or if the way i am trying to put it in isnt allowing it to go in straight.

Sorry to hear that, is there a "easy" way to fix that or just buy a new one?

I can have it fixed. Cut and Extend, or just have a new one made. I have a shop nearby that can do it.

Well I thought I had a tape measure here at my house, but can't find it. Ill bring it with me to work and take measurements there. I bought my aluminum driveshaft used, he had it in his s14 with s15 hlsd rear with abs. I will be using a 97 q45 diff that had abs. I was talking to the og owner and he was saying(before I bought my q45 diff) that the .25-.5 of an inch shouldn't be a problem.

As for the magnafuel 750, I will still be using it. Project is slightly on hold for xmas(got 2kids) unless I find good deals along the way. But I will be trying to fit the pump inside the stock tank with a fuel labs sock on it. Hopefully it'll work, if not Owell, don't mind showing the big ass pump off. Lol.

Anyone have pics of their AC and lines installed in a s13? Also what lines did you use? Figure I could get some lines custom made.
I'm swapping my 2jz out of my coupe and into my vert and still want to retain the AC.

I'll have to resort to refabbing my 4" downpipe.

the distance from the tip of the W58 spindle to the J30 Diff is: 47 1/8"
The total length of my driveshaft is 48 1/16".
So mine needs to be extended, and i think i have a R154 yoke since it has been giving me pure hell to install it and it doesnt have the dimple on the inside of the yoke.

This is for an s14 driveshaft. I should have stated that earlier. I'm not sure about the s13 length. You might be able to call zerolift or get nuts and see if there nice enough to give out s13 lengths. Or maybe someone on here will contribute.

I would think it would be fine to use the non abs driveshaft on an abs diff, but not sure about the other way around. Would more than likely fit, just don't want to guarantee that. Lol.

The guy that I got my driveshaft from works at a driveline parts supplier/maker. I asked hi. Before buying it if it would be fine to use it on a non abs, he said it slides on the tail more than enough, that the most possible of an inch really shouldn't make a difference.

Is anybody running a 2j in extreme heat? I already have a hard enough time keeping my SR cool on track days, and as much as OP was emphasizing the heat, it worries me.

I've took mine drag racing in 105 degree temps and clocked off back to back low 10 second runs. Only issue I ran into was the transmission heating up lol

It's not hot where I'm located but I run a Circuit sports swirl pot and heat wrapped alot of stuff in my engine bay and it's significant'y cooler. i'm running a Koyo Rad a big puller fan and a Isis 12" pusher fan as well and temps stay 150-160 for me.
