Hello and thank you all for having this forum and archiving so much information on these cars! I'm 27 and from southern Arizona. I currently own a 72 Gran Torino formal sport, 73 Ranchero GT CJ, and a 79 Ranchero 500 that I am doing an "Elite" swap on, I love my fords and there's no getting around that but I DO have a soft spot for the Nissans. My first car was an 86 Nissan pickup that I rebuilt from a wreck (total waste now that I'm older, lol) and I also had a Turbo 84 300zx dropped into my lap a few years ago, but it was so trashed and my knowledge was so limited that there wasn't any real hope of fixing it at the time.

Now I'm looking into getting myself a z32 300zx and I'm looking to see where they like to bend and break, what I can realistically do and what is just plain beyond my abilities. My plan is to find a 2 seater car with a 5 speed, unload the engine, reinforce the chassi, and drop in a 351 Cleveland engine. I've seen where people have stuffed chevy 350/LS1/LT1s in these cars which are wider, taller, longer, and heavier than my favoritest engine of them all. Also from what I've seen I'll need to circumvent the engine ECU without screwing up the rest of the car and tweak a "fox swap" kit to work with the z32 chassi as well as fab an exhaust. At this point I'm sure I'm missing something but hopefuly with the help of everyone here I can finally score a Nissan that isn't a total money pit.

My name is sam ive been into the 240 scene for a while just recently joined the site and already can tell there is a lot of knowledgable members.. which is a huge advantage with my current build and questions about it.... 95 240 doing full suspension (stance coilovers, godspeed link kit, suspension techniques sway bars F&R, and I am getting ready to do a 6.0L Lq4 and t56 build hoping to have an event car in the end, I also just recently picked up a set of Work VS-SS 17's for it

hopefully I can learn more and more about the cars and be a person looked to for advise in the future.

Hey everyone, I just bought my first ever 240sx, i used to drive civics, i hopped in my cousins s14 w a full silvia conversion and i was hooked. i have a s13 hatch w a ka24de swap in it, almost pristine interior, the engine and the suspension are all pretty good, but the body is what i'll be working on for this summer. i actually joined this website to try and help me find some oem side skirts. i have some items i might be willing to part w to get them, also cash. ( i got a full silvia floor mat set and possibly the pignose front lip to trade) thanks alot guys, glad to be a membe

Hello all. I am Michael. A few months ago I bought a black 95 with an oil problem. Now the KA is apart in the garage and I found out there was a big ass leaf blocking all oil flow! I have big plans and will eventually be posting a build thread.

weisco forged pistons and con rods, steel head gasket, arp bolts and studs, crank reground and oversized bearings fitted, t28 turbo, hsd coilovers all round, extra lock arms, driftworks, locking collars, 15" ssr mesh wheels, stainless exhaust system.

i stumbeled upon the site whyle trying to figure out what i need with my z32maf to get it to run right with my engine.

from looking around it seems to be a good site and there is lots of help on it. keep up the good work
