Pour a cap full of oil in the cylinder and retest the compression. If it goes up significantly then its your rings. If not then its the valves.

nope couldn't get the smog, guy didnt even know what he was talking about, but getting everything finished on my car this weekend, got 2 day passes lol might waste one driving around or something haha

Haha that's what I used to do with my focus when it didnt pass. I'd keep them unsigned and if I got pulled over I'd show the cop. Yeah man ill figure something out with smog.

Yea that's what I'm hearing. I'm 90 percent sure I can do it myself but would rather have it done right or someone that's near me that has done it before. Want to help me and my buddy out this weekend?

You know that involves people to show up... one of the issues with doing this meet.. People just didn't show.. only about 2 - 4 cars.... Reason I stoped showing.
