^ ahem tot hat brother
Beautiful build, this is one of the best S15 builds on zilvia since the dude in Japan building the blue/purple one dropped off the face of the world once he shipped it back to the states. Keep up the good work, and I hope you very much enjoy driving it where did you get the valve cover washer/grommets and dome nuts from ? |

We've custom made it, since there ain't that many around that can fit my setup. You can look into billion swirl pot/header tank setup from nengun if you want!

Np. The swirl pot and header tank help minimize the amount of bubble/air in the cooling system hence enhancing its efficiency. |

The swirl pot constantly "burps" the system, releasing any air that gets trapped in it, resulting in better cooling, like R4 said.
R4- When you set the motor in the cradle, did you have to add any additional clearance for the CAS? I've found that I need to add a "cup" for the CAS to sit in on my S14, as my motor sits significantly closer to the fire wall than yours. When you actually installed the CAS, you installed it when the motor as at TDC and then adjust from there? I'm getting ready to install mine, and I'm not quite sure how it works. I know it'll only mesh with the back of the cam on way.
