The only thing that does is take up space and add weight to the car in an area where it doesn't need that at all. POintless.

socalschassis.com has a group buy going for GTSPEC C-Pillar Brace's.

I was told GTSPEC was planning on discontinuing these braces. Might be a good thing to jump on to if you were looking for a c-pillar brace.

Those are rear braces pictured though, the angle of the brackets wouldn't line up for the front tension braces.

1st one bolts across the trans tunnel forward of shifter (its a s14 only part). 2nd one connects to the front side of the front subframe (lower control arm area.... also a s14 only part)


edit. it is the front and rear of this brace circled in red minus the middle chit.

This is my 1st time posting, lurker for years. My question is about the s14 moonface roof brace. The spec r has a roof brace in almost the same position but does not fit an s14 (I tried). I assumed that having a roof brace on an s14 would also be beneficial?
