Hey, Everyone. Just joined up here on Zilvia, as you can tell from me posting here. I picked up my first nissan about 2 months ago. A 1990 240sx. It came with vlsd, rebuilt Kae, tokico blues lowered 2", and 17's . I've already started some minor mods and have big plans for it. Definitely a project car atm (not so clean) So hope to be on here learning everything i can about the s13.

New to the scene
Hey everyone, my name is Jon and I just got my SR shipped in today. Im finally switching over from the hand-me-down soccer mom car to an S13 hatchback.
The first thing I want to do is get my motor cleaned up and replace all of the worn out parts as the swap guides suggest. I already have a water pump, thermostat, FMIC, aftermarket radiator, fuel pump, pretty much all of the basic installation parts people suggest on here and other sites. I've done a good bit of reading but I know ill need plenty more information and this seems like a great source for it. Oh and I got my motor online from Japanese Engine Import in Manassas, Virginia. I dont know how many people have dealt with them in the past but they were very good about answering my questions and sending pictures and information before I made any purchases. I placed my order last thursday night, they processed it friday, and shipped it out monday. I feel like from placing the order to getting the motor in a week is pretty good time. So keep an eye out, ill be on here more and more for the next few months as i take on this project. |

I owned my s13 (92, sr20det 7lb) since Late March, always been on Zilvia but never really post much or never made a proper intro. Mostly lurking in the FS threads and buying everything i can buy or just reading up on info on how to properly build my s13 on Quality parts only.. I sent more PMs then posting in threads, I'm trying to become more of an active member and hope to learn something while I'm here.. |

guess i should get in on this haha
hey im Ross, i drive a few cars first: 2010 nissan cube: daily slammed on some crappy xxr 522's, other suspension stiffeners and such ^this car is my daily/somewhat of a road run car, it didnt start off like that, but by the time i was done putting the suspension crap together, i was so surprised at how well it handled i couldnt help myself then there is: 1992 Sileighty SR20 blah blah blah no one wants to read my mod list so im not even going to attempt to write it all out its alright, a little beat up, but thats all soon to be fixed. hopefully it will be up to my standards soon. im a pretty laid back guy, im referred to here in texas as "one of the few people in the drift community that isnt a total ass" so i guess thats good Cliff notes: I'm Ross, i like cars and stuff |
