I get ya. I totally dig some of the new bumpers that fall back toward the wheels in front. It cleans up the look real nice. The VIS Super kit really looks good, and even removes the side marker and front turn signal lenses and uses the corners for both. Plus they (TK, Super, 6666) all look dope as fuck dropped

Ideally I would run 18s up front but finding someone to trade wheels remains difficult. I had the car maxed out and was running the vertex style at a
similar height so I think driving it how it is now wouldnt be too bad since its a tad higher, is there much difference in total diameter in 17s w/ 40 vs. 18s w/ 35s?
I will probably end up raising the front a tad more with 17s and lowering the rear in addition to 35 series.

Ive also seen some guys running their d lux front sectioned higher but Im not sure I want to go that route.

thanks man. Not sure. It was a lip my boy was about to throw out of his shop. He heard me in the other room talking about I need a lip. So we retro fit it. Think it was for a DC2.

I made my comment judging by all the pictures I've ever seen of your s14.
The picture previously posted with the d-lux front looks a whole lot lower than your vertex front. They are both really low though so I'm guessing you'll manage to not destroy it considering you know you roads.

Personally I think a 18 with a 215/35 would be taller than a 17 with a 215/40 judging from my past experience.

I have broken off my rear BN type 3 bumper more times than I would like o admit, I am planning on raising the rear, but I love the rim-tuck style so I'll have to figure something out.
