I've got the chase bays ps line and clutch line. Ps line fits fine but the clutch line is dumb long and doesn't fit well at all

I purchased my first 240sx about 6 months ago, got a 2jz swap in it using the Tech 2 motorsports swap kit. It fired up and ran no problem. Decided to go with a big single so I purchased local cheap ebay parts. got a little bit of improvement with it, but still wanted more so I went with the FSR turbo kit and a DM 6465 turbo. got it all put on, went to take it to the exhaust shop the next day to get it all fitted up and they dropped it off the lift. ripped my FMIC off, front bumper off, cracked the block and ripped the PS rack out This is what it looked like right after I got the kit put in. Going to buy a kouki roller, swap everything and custom wire it all by hand for the chassis and go with a WS engine harness. Can't wait to get it put back together and running again

any company that only has customer service through email is wack. i emailed them about a fuel line kit and got no reply whatsoever. so i took my business elsewhere. i honestly dont know how they are still in business. i came from the honda scene to to the nissan scene and the horror stories are still the same. they are a fanboy fad, thats the only way they keep selling stuff i guess :end rant

2StepGoesPowPow,

Let me know how the DM6465 works out for you. I'm right in the middle of turbo shopping and having a hard time deciding between bw s362 and s366.

This looks pretty good. Even keeps the jet pump.just tryn to figure out how level sensor will work. Isn't it separate on a s14?wonder how to wire it.

I'm using this one from RawBrokerage. The thread pitch on the pump is the same.... Rb/ka/sr/1j/2j use the same threads. It's very high quality and the fitting that goes into the rack is made specifically for s-chassis racks so the o-ring on the fitting seals it up instead of most kits that depend on a crush washer.

I'm using a 86 tercel throttle cable. It's the perfect length. I was able to take parts off the stock s13 cable and put them on the tercel one so it bolts in like stock and the plastic grommet even clips into the gas pedal. I can take some pics for you if you'd like. I tried 3 different camry cables from 90's to up to 2000. They were all too long.

Alright I'm stuck, I recently bought a 2jz 240 and the tach or the sped was never hooked up. I know how to do the speedometer but I haven't seen any write ups on how to wire in the 8k magnetic pick up to make the tachometer work? Anyone know of any write ups for it?

You can do v160/v161. And I've seen/heard a lot of people doing 350z trannys/BMW trannys.

You can use the Dakota Digital boxes to get the tach to work in the factory cluster
