s13 Just bought a 91 s13 coupe.

What up everyone Im Jae... A new member and just bought this 240sx for a steal thats been left sitting in a barn since 2012.

The pics now look amazing compared to how full of dust and covered with sh*t everything was when i picked it up. (Trailer pics)

Just finished re installing the engine after pulling it out a week ago. I went thru and checked everything to make sure the engine was healthy.
(Fluids, Compression Test, Wiring, Gaskets) Etc. Everything was A+++.

Ive been doing mechanics and painting cars for 10years...
i'll be prepping it for some light bodywork and paint this week.
Going Porshe Pearl Black ! ! ! Ill be posting pics of eveything soon.

I don't know where in U.S costs $70k in legal fees and taxes.

Paid $70k on the house which was 10% and rest fees and taxes in closing.

Not sure if you ever bought a house before but down payment and closing cost is separate.

$700k? Sweet Jesus CA is expensive. We've got 3.5 acres, 1700 sq ft house, two car garage, and a 2400 sq ft shop, for $170k. Live in MS, work in Memphis.
As for my recent purchase....

I am having to look out in boulder creek for a house because screw paying 700k for a 600sqft 1bd house in the valley. I will pay 400k for a 2bd 700sqft house with hwy 9 as a driveway The screwy part of it all is you bid on a house for say 5k over asking, then some asshole comes in and bids 100k over and screws the rest of us out of a house. Gone are the days of haggling down for a house, now its start low and you will get way above what its worth.

And my purchase of the day, a BOV adapter for my Fiesta for, as mighty car mods puts it, mad choo choo noises. If it sounds to ricey though that thing is going up for sale, I really hate the sound BOVs like the HKS ones make. I specifically got a greddy that makes a simple foosh sound to avoid that on my RB.

Yes. This. That's why I'm selling and buying a new construction in the burbs. $180K 5 years ago in Denver and we are 'listing' at $365K.

Plus, I don't want to deal with this shit. We bought our at the end of the ression, seller paid fees and all; shit don't happen any more. Positive is that jobs are more plentiful and pay better (in Denver at least).

New purchase: Cody ace mani, Tial WG and exhaust housing... 1 step back in the build, but 2 steps forward in power.

Jesus christ.

I wouldn't be able to live in a 700 sqft house.

Currently shopping around for a second house and the absolute minimum is 1300-1500 sqft. Lot size and layout being the most important since we'll be building a custom garage.

Ehh, unfinished basements in 90% of those houses double the size. Lot size is also rather important for me. Also I am seriously considering moving the hell out of this state, the weather is awesome but the nanny state is going to far.

True. Would've been pretty cool if houses in CA had basements.

Real estate market is insane. Similar style homes I saw three years ago at $400k are now $600k+.

I could have bought a house cash in AZ or TX and still had money left over.

CA and its nice weather tax.

Anyway, back on topic.

OS Giken Super Lock for my S13.

Last weekend I said goodbye to the Volvo and picked up a new daily.

Not an RS, but it also didn't cost me $40~45k
Gas mileage is great, power is great, handling is great and it's well equipped... I never thought I'd enjoy owning a Ford so much. Now to try and not spend any money on it... or at least too much money.
