just picked up a 91 240sx last week. itching to fix things on it like sidemarker, exhaust, and timing chain rattle (what a raunchy sound)...

Im in Riverside. Anyone want to get in on taking out the guides with me hit me up!! lol...
Kinda don't have all the tools to do it and never tried before. Found some guides though

mods: 83 cougar shell 87 t-bird t-coupe front clip. 93 rb20det engine and trans. 98 mustang cobra rear axle 3.55 gears t-lock and disc brakes. bbk lowers. base line pro launch 2. and pan hard bar. anti roll launch bar. in front tubular k coil overs 95 gt spindles and brakes 1 3/8" sway bar. custom made driveshaft custom made 2.5" downpipe off a modified vg30 turbo. going into a 2.5 splitter race bullits and dual exit. evo intercooler custom ic piping 550cc injectors twin 255 pumps -8 feed -6 return. sumped tank. runs on e85.

next mods: 750cc injectors and a 20g turbo.

about me: I was a 10 year veterian automotive tech ase cert in 10 fields including advanced engine and advanced drivability. I quit the automotive gig. because it was killing my own passion for cars. now I work as a production maintenance enginer. I am very willing to help people with there projects and I hate needless and wastefull banter that clutters up the place. my greatest weekness is I cant spell for shit. the grammer nazis love me nomatter where I go.

Yo names Joey just brought my first 240sx today its a 93 hatch auto dumb clean body with no rust just the clear coats just a little sunbaked. Been wrenching since I Was 12 and most of my life I've built nothing but hondas and a couple ae86s but wanted to go a different route. Spent almost 2months looking for the perfect 240 and finally found one. I was gonna just buy one already swapped but figured it'll be better if I started from scratch, plus I didn't want to make the mistake and buy someone's P.O.S. lol. HMMMM well..... hi. From elk grove, CA here.... just picked up my second 240..... its a 95 zenki..... with some aftermarket front ( looks like navan aero )and clear headlights...
fully adjustable suspension ( rucas, caster arms,toe adjusters, coilovers etc.) g35 wheels ( which i hate ) ..
has a white maaco paintjob for now... n/a with exhaust and cai , but who knows maybe i will change that...

traded a turboed ka 510 for her .... i have kids so the 510 wasnt a feasable car to keep right now .... been around datsun/nissans for over 22 years....
and i am a major hahahha

Hey, names Chris. Been a lurker here for many a years, decided my first post should be here and done correctly. Little about me, military brat so I've been all over the map. Just moved to so-cal and bought my wife her first 240sx. 1990 s13 sohc auto with manuel everything, even the trunk needs help staying open ;p . So technicaly this would be lucky number 7, but it's hers and it's not so lucky, so far at least...

i have 91 240sx which used to have an SR but after 2 complete builds and blowing up for 3rd time, i decided that it was time tomove on to something else and i decided to go to the dark side with an LS2 + t56.

currently still trying to sell the last few parts i have from my SR to finis my LSx conversion... i already have the LS2 +t56, whenever Jeff from jordan innovastions decides to finish my conversion harness then i'll have that, fueled LSx conversion kit, Monster clutch stage 2 clutch, new radiator + fan set up and solid subframe bushings.

waiting to get it all done soon so i can enjoy this car again. i currently oown a 2012 jeep grand cherokee overland, a 1997 Frod F-150, Honda CBR 600RR and my precious 2009 Aprilia RSV 1000R.
