it could probably stand to have a brighter light in there. wouldnt be hard @ all to put a few l.e.d.'s

or it could just be part of the internals are close to the face and interrupt the light passing through

Hi,

Well got all the gauges, reconfigured the bezel to hold the gauges.
Its a 80mm tach and 60mm boost an op but the egt is going there instead of the op. Still need to get the 52mm water temp gauge in there instead of the oe gauge. Two white light around the top of the tach are going to house the warning leds.
night time video, no day time pictures yet as it is not really presentable. Once I am done with all the sanding and painting I will get the pics of it disassembled and do a small write up as this has no fiberglass or bondo, all plastic welded so it will last.

bad pics, but this is how my car came from osaka. the huge Greddy boost guage will be replaced with the autometer guage in the 3rd pic. and the autometer guage will be moulded low into the a pillar

are the 3 gauges under the stero head-unit 52mm or 60mm? if 60mm can you provide better pics of them? for some reason it seems to be a hit or miss getting a set of 3 to fit in there.

Use a clear ruber cement. Just a dab in each corner should hold it.

Got a question for anyone with AMBER STRI gauges.... Does the amber look more Red or more Orange?

They look more red from the pictures I have seen... but none really show the color clearly enough for me to get an idea of what they look like in person. I wonder if anyone local to me in NJ has the gauges...

reason I ask is because I'm really picky about color... and DEFI has the red I want.... I wonder how close STRI's amber is to DEFI's red..

I hope this is the right thread to ask this in.... lol
