Yo, I just ran across the thread and read the end of it. I looked at some pics but it was just of the cars body. That's why I asked him.

Lol..you dont have to tell me how to drive i know how to drive a low car

Anyways, sorry for the huge lack of updates. I ordered a BCL carbon fiber wing because me and my brother each decided to buy one and he got one for his e36 5.0, although now that i emptied my bank account i wont be buying any parts.

Hopefully should be driving again before mid may, going on vacation next week and i still gotta get the subframe sandblasted, paint it and press all my new bushings in.

Thanks for reading!

Update!

Sorry its been so long, been really busy and just haven't posted here. got the rear end sandblasted, then i painted it, got the new bushings pressed in and re assembled it.

I also got new calipers, project m1 brake pads, new e brake cables as mine were rotted, and got my diff welded.

Also got my BCL wing mounted.

trying to post pics but flickr got updated and idk how lol

Also, if you want to see daily pictures and progress of my build, follow me on instagram @kevinoconnor98 and i will gladly follow you back if you upload things related to cars!

New e brake cables because mine were rotted in half.

That wing doe

Oil catch can installed

Rear end in the car just waiting on some bolts and stuff to button it all up

Got new drilled and slotted rotors front and rear, all 4 re-manufactured calipers and hawk pads in the front and project m1 in the back.

Once i got the bushings out of all the rear end pieces, i got them sandblasted, then painted them myself.

had some fun doing donuts at our shop in the 5.0 m3 and another m50 e36 haha

That wing makes me sad. But the toolbox in the background totally makes up for it. Is that yours?

Tools are awesome - lets see 'em? Unless I already missed that.

You take 2 steps forward and 1 step back a lot. You do lots of cool stuff but a lot of stuff that leaves me scratching my head.

Please for the love of god change those clear heater hoses. The bay looks absolutely awful with them. The valve cover and blue scheme looks dope but the hoses ruin it. Get black and route them nicely. World of difference.

The rear end is looking really good though bro that's a good job there. Should drive nice and tight with new bushings.

I'm not big on BCL wings on s13's. Wings in general on hatchs especially look bad. A guy i know has a bcl wing on his e30 and it looks ok but its a track car so its not out of place. On a daily its rridiculous and i have a feeling you'll remove it after a few months. Most people do.

I don't think those are heater hoses. They are for vented the valve cover.

Im sorry you don't like it. and Yes that is my toolbox, and i will post some drawer pics- i am no where near full yet but over time i will be buying more tools as i go, i get 50% off all snap-on products because of my program in school. Its like buying snap-on for the price of craftsman, and you can't beat that.

Thanks for the compliment about the rear end, and those hoses are just temporarily until i can afford some AN fittings. I would have them now but that is not a priority for my money to go to, i am really trying to get the car driving 100% before anything else.

I really think you should run your catch can to the intake to pull crankcase pressure.

I want to do that but don't i need a bung welded onto my intake? and also does that mean i run another line from the catch can or do i eliminate a line i already have?

those vent hoses will look like shit after a few miles, because of the oil fumes, and because of the heat they will dry up and harden. i suggest you get some silicone or rubber ones instead... i had my driver's license taken for a month when i was a new driver , for speeding...not driving my car for a month drove me crazy. i wonder how can you stand not driving for so long.

I cant believe your going to run the stock brakes!

any S-chassis owner knows how much these things suck after a single 100 mph to 60 mph slow down. the rotors are just too small to dissipate the heat fast enough.

Do yourself a favor, and pickup ANY brake upgrade that uses larger front rotors.. Q45/J30 calipers can be had for under $100.00 remanufactured, and you can get Q45 blank rotors for like $30.00 a piece. brake pad selection may be a little difficult, but Hawk makes some decent pads for them.

Brakes are my #1 priority with my car. followed by suspension.

13" rotors with CTS-V calipers

What he said.. I have a stock KA and I'm upgrading my brakes. It's best to do suspension and brakes before any power mods. But everyone has their opinions, not trying to hate.

And for anyone else just for the record; i pay for my car parts myself but i did not pay for any of my tools.. my father has worked hard enough to be successful to support his kids in the way he does right now, he sees that i want this to be my future and he is helping me make it happen...I am so sorry for anyone who's dad is not like that.
