If your premis for your argument is losing your job if caught with a substance in your system, that said job says you are not to have in your body. Then I suggest you find a job that does not care if certain things are in your body. For example I live in a state that allows anyone 21 or older to use pot. However my job does not allow it... I don’t smoke nor do I have any urge to. But if acceptance of my job is that I am not allowed said substance to be in my body. Than I should make whatever choice I deem neseccery and honor my agreement. If you are pulled over and receive a dui. Many jobs can fire you. It’s a condition of employment not a matter of being a criminal act. But I don’t care one way or the other.

I think what Phlip is saying is that companies that do general drug tests you can lose a job because MJ is considered a "drug". If it were legal and those same companies that did drug testing and found MJ it would be cool since it would not be considered a "drug".
Now I get what you are saying if a company specifically prohibits a certain thing and you do it that is on you. BS policy or not I agree that is on that person.

There isnt really debate to be had imo. If you can drink at 21 no reason you cant get high, its safer anyway. Ive never seen a reason for it to be illegal, especially considering it grows naturally.

Weed a drug? Not even close, drugs are those things you pay insurance for and depend on to live your life you go pick up in the line at the pharmacy. My weed grows from the ground and serves me right. Legalize all the way, they've already taxed it so who cares.

I rarely smoke as well. Breathing in burning plant matter is just not my thing. I've one something similar with a tinture. Got flower, decarbed it and let in sit in everclear for about a month. I would serve via tablespoons. One is relaxing, two sends you to the moon. The strain I have access to is indica heavy so couch lock is a thing with too much.

Haven't you seen what marihuana does to the children, though?
Roy Blunt should definitely vote yes. Blunt's Blunts would be a perfect line of pre-rolls after legalization. "Serious drug problems in Montana." Yeah, all four people there are probably addicted to oxy. Riding horses around in slow circles. Manchin's just a human cow pie. Just 180lbs of shit that people are constantly having to step over. "We have a substance abuse problem in this country." Yeah, no shit. It's because shit's fucked, yo, and all these tremendous douchebags cannot and will not make the tough choices because they're all working their damnedest to get reelected rather than building a better country. Keep in mind that I think sin taxes are fucking stupid, too. Alcohol's a bigger problem than the devil's lettuce and yet its existence isn't heavily taxed. I wonder why that is; can't be because of campaign contributions and union support. I keep thinking how awesome it would be if I woke up and read about a fleeting black hole opening up in DC at the coordinates 38.888001, -77.026564 and sucking everything in a one-mile radius into the ether. |

just got to show you are "representatives" are not representing us. A real conservative would know that the war on drugs is the opposite on that. Billions waste, families destroyed. The most conservative thing to do would be to legalize tax and put that money towards ending homeless, poverty and the shit that makes people want to do drugs in the first place.
