Some might disagree, but OBD-1 Kouki's are a win-win.

I got lucky that they don't plug-in to cars in my county, just the sniffer. I have OBD-2 so I can still do an SR swap
If I was OBD-1 it wouldn't matter.

excuse the non koukiness but this is how the car sits right now... i chose a 95 se instead of a kouki because obdI is excused from emissions here in illinois (i have all the kouki conversion parts but waiting until paint)

uhm i took the downloads off youtube and my site because video option (sunpros)*were sending me legal threats... not really sure if they'd actually go through with it but i'm laying low for now

as far as the stickers go i sent you a bunch but it ended up getting sent back to me so i refunded your money :/ if you have another address or want me to try again just PM me your info and i'll send you some out!

if i remember correctly the z31 bmc is a cheaper option over the z32 and works well if youre going big brakes up front with stock rear e-brakes. If i'm wrong i apologize in advance :P

Z31 also has a bigger booster which allows for more pedal modulation and feel.

correct! z31 also has the same proportioning as stock 240sx bmc but has a different split point so you still achieve the better brake modulation

price was $50 shipped for the booster and bmc on ebay so might as well try it

I remember the discussions on FA years ago
for wanting slimmer boosters
since going top mount was en vouge then
and tall boosters meant fitment problems

I'd like to try out the set up
although 17/16 bmc works well for me

So your telling me that an SR swapped car with a cat and a decent tune could pass a sniffer test? Thats saying the smog guy actually skips on the visual...

Why wouldn't it pass the sniffer? I know people that have passed with no cat, o2 sensor, ect. You have a cat and a decent tune you're golden (well I guess this depends on if the smog place plugs you in or does a visual check like you said). But that wasn't even really what I was talking about, rather electronics - OBD-1/2.

I don't understand how the autech bumper is rare, its more like the turn signals are rare, the bumper is just a JDM one with some shit cut out of it.

Well the autech version of the S14 was done in a limited run, that's why it's not as easy to come by.
Lol, I bought an autech half cut, tuned ecu and engine as well as aero.
