As the knuckle is modular our steering arm options are virtually limitless |

Not using a jig to aid modding knuckles to that extreme is a little shonky imo :/
Ive never known anyone to do it freestyle like that

A jig is to mass produce quickly and precisely. The knuckle in the video is one of the first pair. Now that each are made, a jig can be made. Also because everything is cut square and true, with proper measurements everything lines up perfect every time.

PSM knuckle has 62 degrees with their small spacers. It is possible without those big spacers.

Ya it really does not matter how careful you are in that hand cut hand weld operation no matter how carefully you measure. Matching the left and right needs to be CNC the smallest change is just a really large result. Our modded knuckle is on a CNC jig & even then its not dead nuts since there is some welding heat force on the parts despite the jig. The upcoming Forging is even more precise since the blank is getting the CNC machining directly with zero heat factor. ETA March.

Id say possibly but Dan should answer it. I have their old weld on kit which is roughly 50ish* of angle (checked with alignment machine but wheel heads hit my fender before full lock and was at 47*) and my tie rods are no where near bottoming out in the rack.

we've just finished our tests for static load and fatigue over 500,000 cycles on the steering arm and the hub spindle (we used a V1 prototype knuckle for the hub spindle test).
Our on screen FEA simulations were validated with the real world test data which means that we've now got sign off from our engineering firm. Here's the V1 prototype knuckle about 60,000 cycles in to the fatigue test on the hub spindle. |

P.S this means that we'll be machning up knuckles from Monday and they'll be finished in around 3 weeks time (we've got 100 sets of knuckles to machine up along with all the accessories)

Will all your knuckles and the knuckle adapters come with both sets of the ball joint taper inserts?
It would be nice having the option to use either S13 or S14 FLCA without having to swap ball joints. |

At the time of ordering you can configure the knuckles and RC bolt on kit. They come with either S13 or S14 ball joint taper inserts however you can purchase the inserts on their own for $20 if you don't want so swap ball joints when playing around with different LCA's |

Because alignments aren't tire dependent?

Well yeah thats true, but the settings will change some when you put good tires on a car that was aligned with bad tires, I guess it was a dumb question anyway

Geometry is the same. The price will probably be the same so therefore there is no need to continue to mod the S chassis knuckles after fresh stock arrives. Even know the product cost is the same, the expense and convenience overall is better than before because you save shipping cost in one direction and the time it takes to remove the old ones, box them up & ship them out.

^ so basically you buy GKTech knuckles w/ zero ackermann arms and have the option of zero ackermann OR pbm-esque steering angle results, depending on which way you mount the arms?
...in my very science-based estimations of grainy MS Paint'd internet pictures.
