Sorry for the question, but I havent found a rim/tire combo on a S13 that would be similar to what Im trying to do.
I have a set of TE37s that are 17x9 +22 offset w/ 225/45R17 tires all around.

They will fit on the rear just fine, but on the front of an S13 chassis w/ stock fenders will 17x9 +22 be sticking out like a sore thumb?
I dont want to convert to 5 lug only to find my only 5 lug rims do not fit...

On my car I have 17x9 +8 in the front and it clears just fine. I would say perfect "poke" with camber plates one notch away from max negative. Roll the lips of the fenders flat and you're good to go. In the future, go with a 40 sidewall as well.

You will be fine if you can see my fronts in my pic above im running 17x9 +15 235/45/17's and its super flush with a roll. Just roll the fenders and adjust camber and you will be set to go.

the bumper is kinda short compare to the Dmax i had \b4 like i lowered the car at front completely maxed out the tein he and still have clearance at front . like a lot
18x11-14 need a 5mm spacer or so, even with a 275/35/18,
