Hmm, I'm running 16x8 right now, actually was debating either going like 17x9, or just keeping my 16x8 and get more of a meaty tire with like a bulge or straight wall. Currently have a minor stretch.

this isn't my car, but I will be running the same wheels (advan SA3, 16x7 16x8 +32) on my silvia. I originally was going to go with 225/50/16 tires- (which obviously this car in the photo below doesn't have), but is there a better size tire I could go with to achieve this meaty/beefy look? Maybe just up the sidewall size to 55 or 60?

(this isn't an example of a dorisha setup obviously, I am just looking for advice on tire size)

that car looks like it's got 205/50 in the rear and possibly 195/45 front. those tires are not beefy at all, and definitely smaller than 225/50-16.

Lol @ yolks, and don't run into curbs and you'll be fine. I don't think i've ever come close to curbing any of my wheels. Just pay attention to what you're doing and curbing wheels becomes a non issue
