Hello everybody on Zilvia.
My question is... Does anybody iknow of a company that makes Carbon Kevlar hoods for the S13 with pop up lights? I saw 2 people on this forum have them or have had them at 1 point and I pm'ed both of them but they never pm'ed me back. So if anybody knows, please LMK. Thanks |

I assume you were looking for an OEM style hood, but since chaser carries carbon kevlar I would think they could get an oem style if you ask em.
Drift Hood [H8011(CK)] - $539.00 : Chaser Aerodynamics, LLC.

I have an issue with my car pulling to the right when i brake. I just upgraded to Q45 Brakes and still have the same issue with the car pulling to the right. So i know it isnt the calipers.
It only pulls at light brake pressure. When i brake hard, the car brakes in a straight line. I had an alignment about 2months ago. But im thinking about taking it back to get a re-adjustment. Does anyone else have any other ideas? Kind of a long shot i guess... Im going to go over tire pressure and see if that might be an issue. |

try bleeding your front calipers again, But my gfs car does it too and she has Q45's
I think hers does it because her front tires are going bald tho.

Hey guys,
I was looking under my driver's side dash and I found this plug, I'm not really sure what its for but it looks important. I looked around the area of this plug but didn't find anything that would match it. Ideas?

Well i just bled the fronts again and still the same issue. Im pretty sure it has to do with the front brakes or suspension. When i tap the brakes really fast i get a clunk and the steering wheel goes right. Man this is really annoying...
I bought the brakes to fix this problem and i get the same shit. so it has to be something else.... |

Also check your inside tire for excessive wear, if not replace then rotate Edit: If that doesn't solve your problem you possibly may have bent an arm(s) |

Its probably a combination of the tension rods and alignment. The Sears place is gonna hate me for bringing it back for the third time! |

Fuck sears.
I was gonna say tension rods. Check your rack bushings, ball joints, and outer tie rods as well.

I have new Tein Tie rods and godspeed LCA's. I had issues with the shanks and have no idea where to find aftermarket shanks to replace them... I googled and couldnt find anything.
Yea sears is shit but my philipino Bunta guy wasnt at the shop when i needed an alignment after i did my 5lug/tension rods so i had to settle for sears... |

Sears?? The fuck you takin' your car to sears for?
I'd never take my car to a place that also sells vaccums and baby clothes Maybe your 5lug has wheel bearing issues. You could pull it and inspect it. Check out the tension rods, as mentioned. Make sure your tie rods arnt adjusted all funky. IMO ditch those godshit parts and get oem LCA's with energy/Nismo/oem bushings |

The plan was to get some oem s14 lca's but its kind of a bitch to find them out here in vegas and i was in desperation.
I guess i can try and put them up for sale and see what comes up. I had my local shop order me new inner and outer joints for the lcas but that shit flaked out when the outer bearings were on back order. So now i just have inners just sitting there at the shop waiting on the damn outer bearings on back order till the end of this month. The bearings looked good when i took the dust shield off my brakes for the q45 swap. |

Why not? Are you serious??
If I was taking the girls whip or my moms car to to get an alignment, yeah sure whatever sears IDGAF. But when it comes to my car, in which I have spent hundreds of dollars on aftermarket suspension components on, why the hell would I take it to a bunch of dipshits at sears of all places? There are shops that specialize in performance alignments, and will align it to any setting or degrees you request (which is important for me). Sure it costs a few extra bucks but big deal, I'm not only paying for better work (in which the employee has experience working on my specific application), but I am supporting a shop that is useful to the tuning enthusiast community. Mighty mike is now taking his car back to sears for the third time. Coincidence? Possibly. Probably not. Also, if his car is pulling because if improperly installed tie rods, worn bushings, etc. That proves my point, the shop should have acknowledged that, and informed him of the damaged parts, so he could prevent all his hassle down the road. |

Yea i seen them online. Just the price was so ridiculous for me at the time. So i grabbed what i could afford atm. It would of been great if the guy actually came through and beefed them up for me. Im going to call him tomorrow and ask him for my money back or to give me a set of used s14 lcas.
The only reason i went to him was to beef them up. And now im sitting here with my thumb up my ass waiting for parts. And in the first place i was only trying to order some shanks! FML! |

The shop that im talking about is my local performace shop btw. He told me the actual ARM is good but all the endlinks and bearings are shit. So i ordered that from him and the actual part i needed is on back order..
