I just re-read my post and I will clarify. Machine down a solid round bar of aluminum so that the wg flange fits snuggly on it. I have to tap mine with a piece of wood. Thread that round piece so that it screws on to a bolt tack welded to some piece of scrap steel.
Boom, spinning wastegate jig. Deal with it.

I have the luxury of having Verocious Motorsports 10 minutes from my shop. So that one I just bought. But I had purchased all the piping and bends prior to buying a JET band saw. I need to build a jig for the band saw and then I will be making the collectors myself.
Collector building I'll be cutting the pipe at 11*angle then rotating 90* for the second cut to make one repeat 3 more times. Honda tech had a nice write up of collector cutting. |

Once I make the jig for the bandsaw I'll post up picks. Just moving in my shop and trying to get everything set up and wired in. Tire machines getting picked up I'm the morning 😁. |

Here is some stuff I have recently done. I'm definatly no professional fabricator, just a big diy'r.
This is my tube front on my personal car And yesterday I tore the complete chassis harness out of a buddy's car and started making a new one from scratch. Step one is the fuse block and relays.

What brand fuse box is that? I already have the relays but havent found a fuse box setup I like yet. That one looks pretty simple and clean.

It's one from a local electrical distributor. They carry them with either 6 or 12 fuses, and also have them with a grounding block. This one is just 12 with no grounding block. If you would like I could ship you one.

hey got a quick question about merge collectors if anyone can help me out. Building a 4-1 merger collector but need to make a rectangular opening for a t4 flange. What are the angles that you have to cut the pipe to to have this shape over a t3 circle opening.
Thanks! PM please |
