Not really extreme, but it'll be a nice stretch, and it's as safe as anyone else's stretched tires.

you might have issues with such a low profile sidewall. i'm running 225-45-17 on a 17x10 with no issues.

Right now I have the same tire on a 9. It's a V4 ES, nice stretch not too extreme. But just wondering how it would look/how safe it would be on a 9.5?

that would be perfect. my friend is running a 215/40 on a 17x9.5 and no problems. its not crazy, but its mean/aggressive. 215/45 would be safe and you'll like it.

What brand tire/ tire size should I use on a 18x11 -16 wheel?
I was thinking 255/35/18? does that sound about right?
The wheels are going on a S13 with 30mm overs, and about -3* camber.
