To add to the wheel and seat talk. I never fake the funk on steering wheels. Think about it, you have a hand on it 99.9999% of the time you drive, why not have something classy?

Same deal as seats. Personally, and this is probably stupid, but when it comes to Bride seats, I look at it from a point of view from someone that knows absolutely nothing about cars. When they see "Bride", will they also think "Groom? WTF?"

When it comes to my seat of choice, I go with the brand that's been used in mass produced sports cars straight from the factory for DECADES now.

I'm sure the manufacturers know more than we do, I'll let ya guess what brand I'm talking about
touche but the proper pronunciation of Bride is "Brid", like "Grid" but with a B.

True story, but not everyone pronounces it right. I've gotten used to everyone sounding the whole thing out. Still a silly reason for me to hate them though.

That my friend is baddddddass. I used to work on A-10's and I have a gang of spent 30mm shells. I had the idea of using the spent shell as a shift knob and weighing down the end with the primer and using the opening where the projectile used to be for the area for the shifter to thread into, but never got around to it. Cool stuff other that potentially poking an eye out!

That's what's on my car a few posts up. Wheel sits perfect. Have yet to install my quick release.

hmm i have always thought that factory steering wheels were designed to bend during a crash so your head doesnt take all of the impact/damage....aftermarket steering wheels can be solid since its for off road use...usually in a track wit a helmet.

You do realise Nardi are an OEM right? Same goes for Momo and a few other makes of aftermarket wheels. You do realise as well then that OEM's have to conform to the same standards as.. uh... OEMs.. right?

they do that on purpose a wheel that wont bend is more dangerous than one that does in a impact.

I think all the major manufacturers make nice seats and crappy seats.
There is a version of the Cobra Sazuka pro, that is all alcantera suede and carbon kevlar, I would take that shit over any of the bride seats I have sat in, it would be close, but I would go with that. I have a zeta 3 ordered, but I cant afford that $2700 Cobra seat.
