Other than the obvious, it's very well cared for. Paint looks immaculate. The rest of the issues can be fixed.

Actually I just made that up in 5 min with photoshop because I really think the car could use some. Those taillights are what really get me, I didn't even know that they made sets like those, unless they're custom.
