Why not call them? I doubt they check the form, they where simply doing some promotional work.

Called up Gtmat the other day,very friendly people.product got here in 2 days!they even included a roller applicator,stickers,and some other goodies.Gtmat does seem a little thin compared to others but you cant judge a book by its cover right? ill be using their product for my next project and will definitely give you guys a review. thanks for doing this free sample giveaway!

I just got mine in today, it came with the roller, measuring tape, free sample in the envelope, and a huge roll? Is the big roll a free sample as well?

The huge roll is the actual 10sq ft 50mil sample. The smaller envelope is a sample of our 80mil product. Play with both and let me know which you prefer to finish out your product!

I received and installed my sample a couple of weeks ago, I've just been a little busy to post up a review. For starters, I wanna say THANK YOU for the awesome customer service, fast shipping, and for giving away a product like this

I was surprised by the size of the mat and the tools it included (they really help haha) Installation is pretty straight forward. I found out it's easier to apply in smaller squares, that way you can lay it all down easily and smoothly. The sample was the perfect size to do my spare tire well and flooring of the trunk in my s14. It definitely made a noticeable difference and barely weighs anything. Here are some pics of the install

This was the first piece I laid down (too large as you can see where it wrinkled on the right

And long story short, this is the finished product

I am very happy with the product/company and have recommended it to friends. I will be purchasing some in the near future as I want to add it to other areas in the car to kill those annoying rattles. Again, thank you!

Shit, might have to get in on this. Stood outside of my daily the other day with the volume up and it sounded like someone was shaking a 55 gal drum full of rocks in my trunk.

I think I posted last week but we have received a few samples back due to incorrect addresses. Unfortunately most people did not provide us with an email or phone number so we have no idea how to get ahold of them. You can use it either in place of the GTMat or in conjunction with GTMat. The ideal set up is to lay GTMat down first then use the liquid on top to get into nooks and crannies. Once dry, the liquid can be sanded down and painted over.
