California............ Born and raised. The 19 years ive been here i just wanna go some where.. (japan to be spacific

) I havent been outta the state for like 8 years. depending where you are in "cali" the air can be fresh. but L.A. has some serious Smog witch i personally HATE. i lived in L.A. my whole life and i loved it for most the time i lived there. but then i moved up north about 100+ miles from L.A. and i love it. clean air, firendly ppl, jobs arent too scarce but not always easy to find if you expect to work closer than 10 miles from home. The only college near us is like 40 + miles away witch really sucks for me cuz my daily driver is messed up.. anyways, california for new comers is a fun experiance. Theres many opertunitys here, you just have to be commited to staying in that path no matter what and youll make it.

you may like socal, if you can stay around LA or OC area, i think theres more potential and alot of stuff happing, esp around hollywood. I live in the inland empire *area towards the lower inner area of california, still in socal, somewhat between san diego and LA*, and its borring as hell around here. Usually if you want to have fun, drive up to LA or something.

somes times you have to leave to realize how great it is, thats kinda my problem i dont know anything esle so its seems boring. i guess ill take a week and go to california over the summer and see how that is..

where do you people recomend going? nocal? socal? l.a.? im leaning towards more of socal..

i was raised in money making manhattan and nj.

now, i'm in cali. the biggest diff is the weather. the ppl are all they same... retards,assholes,fakes and some cool ppl.

as for housing, the median has drop stupid low. depends on the area,though. but, still the size to price ratio of homes is still retarded. i was in nj on dec looking at a new development for 400+k huge 4-5br house and a huge lot over looking a man made lake. its atleast 1mil-800k over here. i had this bitter tatse from just thinking about it. then i looked at my uncle's gigantic mil+ house for sale. he just recently moved to socal for same price or more but, slightly smaller house. i just lol'd and said welcome to california.

ooh yeah, no tax on clothes in nj and nyc. my wife loves it.

does anyone notice a lot of movie stars comes from or have lived nj.
