I cannot get my stock ebrake to lock up the wheels no matter the speed in a straight line. I have brand new rear rotors and pads but I have fresh 275's in the rear. I was able to get it to lock them up with ease when I had 235's on the back though.

Has anyone resolved this issue?
I'm having the same exact problem with my hydro ebrake. I have to pull the ebrake handle with pretty much both hands very forcefully while going in a straight line, and even then, it barely locks. The ebrake handle only travels about an inch.

Friends have helped me bleed the system over and over and over again, still same issue.
I tried switching the brake lines on the hydro and all it did was pushed fluid into the master brake cylinder reservoir. I so switched the lines back the way it was.
Any help?

what size master cylinder on the hydo?
whats the bore size on the rear pistons?
how long is the handle on your hydro?

I have the same problem with my E36, ASD pass through set-up, connecting to rear brake lines. The pull was Rock hard, and it only moved 1/2 an inch. I increased the size of the leaver, it helps a lot, locks the rears instantly

It's a stock S13 master cylinder, K-sport standard hydro 5/8", rear brakes are stock S13 with less than 1 year old brake discs & pads.

I'm using 3/4" Wilwood cyl
Stock s13 calipers, Shitty autozone pads
Handle is about 16" +/-

Locks super easy, good amount of travel on teh handle as well. Locks at 5mph to ---mph, straight line, no problem.

I think it has alot to do with the way the leverage point is.

There is a very nice setup. Where can I buy a handle like that?
