driveshaft problem

I have an 89 240sx and i swapped in a blacktop s13 sr. I am having serious issues, i found out it is a type x and they sent me an e5 ecu. I repinned it and got it running. so i tried to drive it today and noticed the driveshaft bolts are rubbing the transmission itself which is making sparks, so i didnt make it far past the driveway. It is the original driveshaft, and when i put it on it was so hard to get on i had to use a jack, and it like popped in. I called frsport and they had no idea what was wrong. apparently my driveshaft should fit, but it seems too long. I cant even get it back off.
