As mentioned above, this does not constitute as being scammed.
It was your responsibility to test the product prior to disassembling it. You didn't. So, now it's on you. It might have been perfectly fine before you started "messing" with it, but because you did in fact "mess" with them, we'll never know. You can put the housings/bases back on, but that doesn't really bring them back to their original form. You're basically SOL on this one.

previous problem with SinisterSntra91 resolved!
So he sent me jdm power folding mirrors and the driver side didnt work properly. anyways im making a thread to apologize about what i did. After i just my car running the driver side works just fine. seems like the passenger side is closer to the battery which might explain why the pass worked and the driver side didnt running off the batt. anyways I just wanted to clear his name and say sorry.
