Just read through this whole thread. I love build threads. I think everyone should do one haha.
Loved seeing the car in action, too. The intercooler looks awesome... wish I could run a similar one, but my car is a street car so that might not pan out too well haha Oh, yeah, WE WANT MORE!

Ok hella updates.
First big news ![]() 09 600rr. Man I love this bike. I had a 04 and this thing is crazy better. Lighter, revs higher, way more responsive. Just broke 1k miles. Took my car down to have it tuned with the power fc yesterday bu the base map is so off it won't even idle and the shop didn't have datalogit to adjust the base map. Sucks. I gotta figure that out soon. ![]() I did get the paint process started so super sexy time pictures are coming. Last edited by DJPimpFlex; 08-19-2017 at 12:57 AM.. |

Got my new front wheels in. Went to 17x9 rather than 17x10 in front to get mad angle. I need new tires for the front, I won't be running 255's in front. Anyone interested in 255/40/17 RT615's brand new?
![]() 17x9 +15 w/ 255-45-17 ![]() 17x10 +12 (w/ 5mm spacer, +7 effective) w/ 225/45/17 ![]() Also bought another SAFC. My Power FC is being a whore and I can't get it to idle. I also don't know anyone local that has datalogit or who knows PFC so I'm going back to SAFC for a few events until I get it sorted. Either that or start saving for LSX, sell the PFC and RUN IT. Lots of fun events coming up so I want to be ready. Last edited by DJPimpFlex; 08-19-2017 at 12:59 AM.. |

So I gave up on the power FC, or so I thought. Went to take it out and install the stock ECU and another SAFC which I just bought and just get it to run. Come to find out the CAS wire had broken and that was causing it not to run.

Going to be cutting it close for the Buttonwillow event on the 25th.
Got my PBM FLCA's in today. There must have been an error or something because it seems that none of the items really work together and that they are different sizes. Really disconcerting because I need them to work ASAP. I know PBM will sort it out, but it took over 2 months to get these and I'm afraid that I won't get them in time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() See the 2 arms are different sizes and the heim joints thread into one side but not the other. Fingers crossed that this gets sorted quickly. Last edited by DJPimpFlex; 08-19-2017 at 01:01 AM.. |

The PSM ones are better IMO. They move the TC rod mounting point in on the LCA so you can get more clearance and big angle. Lots of really nice design ideas with them, just need to get the hardware sorted out. Suck.
