i never really found out what failed. oil pressure dropped so i turned it off and pulled the motor. all i know now is that you cant use a r34 rb26 pump on a stock crank rb25. i honestly don't think the drive failed because if the crank did slip on the drive, then the gear on the pump would have shattered which it didn't. if you're interested in the pumps, i will let them go for dirt cheap, they're just taking up space now lol
