So not long i had a friend purchased for me a turbo from Glenn (HIBOOST) yes silver S14 RB26DETT. Sad part is i text and even message glenn on facebook about a t28 turbo he had for sale. Asked him if it was a S15 and NOT S14 turbo and clearly states that it IS an S15 spec R turbo. What's even more sad was i was trying to buy the turbo from him, never got back to me then told me he was going to keep it. My friend text him and asked if he had the turbo....glenn then text me back saying he is selling the turbo which was my friend actually buying it for me so i had to buy the turbo threw someone else!!!
The best part is how much of a dumbass he is when he is suppose to be a tuning god and KNOW's everything about SR's, KA's, RB's blah blah but is either really stupid or is a true druggie like everyone says. My problem is not identifying the difference between a S14 t28 and S15 t28 hence they look exactly the same. Anyways i did some searching and realized on the back exhaust housing the S15 is divided in between turbine exit and wastegate flapper and the S14 is flat/smooth. I confronted him about his lies and he really sold an S14 T28 turbo claiming it was an S15 that there all the same. Both can make the same power and that it was pulled from an S15 engine which people can vouch for
Now he is texting me about how much of a dumbass i am and don't know what i'm talking about saying i'm crazy for not knowing their the same thing and make the same power. It amazes me that this guy would pull this shit hence people nutswing off this loser which he is suppose to be the best AEM tuner and makes crazy high power cars from his tunes and good in the community. Even after a briefly conversation on the phone he said he's made S14 t28 turbo's make the same power as S15 gt2871r turbos!
