yeah regular syncromesh is fine. just go buy the pennzoil brand. same thing, but cheaper. i have also heard the texaco brand is the same thing too. haven't confirmed that though.

hey how often do u change ur guyses trans fluid. i juss bout mai car wid 87k nd now i hav 90 somtin k nd i still havnt changed the trans fluid. nd im sure the previous owner ddnt cahgne it too.

do you have an LSD? If so, what type? If you have a clutch type LSD, you should be changing your Diff oil about every 2,000 miles. Otherwise, sounds good. I don't think you need to change PS or coolant that frequently... I guess it couldn't hurt either though.
