It's an eBay copy that doesn't include the small plastic bushing, you have to reuse the stock one . I'm not sure what post would cost to Australia but sure I'll ship it

$100 shipped I believe. You transfer the bushing from the old shifter into the new one and bolt it on. It's the silver one in the picture
