You could have this, or you could pay that kind of money and get a c5.

I'd rather get an 18 year old car that needs work...personally. Why get a complete car when you can get one that isn't complete for the same money? I just don't have the funds. I do, however, have a pretty nice trade. G35 or nah?

C5 is 18 years old, I would never pay that kind of money for a car that needs work when you can build this for 10,000ish plus a shell.

Forget the specs, nobody is giving you new car money for a car that looks like crap.

That blue car has complete attention to detail, this car just has expensive shit slapped all over it. $1000 in paint isnt going to change much.

You said before that a caged interior might be a turn off for some people, but its not the cage its the ugly execution. Sharpie labels under the switches, dirt everywhere, rusty pipe bomb looking shifter are a few examples

Is anyone gonna mention that the blue car def has more than $1000 in paint on it or am I gonna have to?

That paint job is not "$1000" away from your car. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that paint was $3000+ done proper.

It's not just because "the blue car looks nicer", it's because you can tell that he cut absolutely no corners building it. Whereas this one... You definitely cut a few.

And of course how the car looks plays a role in it, I'm almost positive no one would spend 22k on a car that looks like doodoo.

Nice paint runs about 480 to 600. It's the labor that's expensive... if you know how to paint you save a ton. But ya a pro expensive paint job adds up.

Obviously this guy just isn't able to accept that his car looks like shit. And us calling him out on it only makes him butthurt even thou we were being vary reasonable about our complaints. And his responses sound like a little kid and have little validity to them.

Come on guys, you all know better. This isn't a discussion thread, this is a for sale ad and it shouldn't matter to any of you whatsoever what he sells his car for. Unless you're seriously interested keep it to yourselves. Nice way to ruin a for sale thread IMO. You all ride some seriously tall horses

OP GLWS. Adding some finishing touches and details will really bring more value to your car. Just have to find the motivation

What specs? All I see is a budget ls1 swap with a poor description of actual parts used. If you have 22k into this I seriously feel bad for you lol.

Once could see where your coming from but at the same time this discussion allows the seller to see what people think of his car. And could use that to maybe help him get close to what he is looking for.

At least your not getting majorly mad like name calling or anything. Acting very civil for Zilvia. Kudos to you. If your seriously trying to sell this car maybe you could try to take some of the opinions people are giving you and apply it to your car. Maybe then people will be drooling about your car instead of shitting on it.

^ I'll paint it and they will give me props. The sad truth. I just threw it out there. No one tosses me a offer, I'll keep working on it. Painting the cage next.
