using spacers is in no way the same as using these bolt on adapters. a spacer is just like using a washer. if its hub centric it would in no way compromise structural integrity of the hub assembly.

however, these adapters tell the KISS (keep it simpple stupid) philosophuy to go to hell thereby dooming them to a life of showcar duty.

Unless it's a bolt-on spacer, like the one on the upper left here:

bolt-on spacers and bolt pattern adapters work the same way.

the point is that you're opening the door for twice the stuff to go wrong at the fvery LEAST. then there's the question of structural integrity and the added flex in the drivetrain. i mean, just cause it's bolted up doesn't mean there isn't stress and flex with the new additions.

no thanx

I purchased the the hubs from technotoytuning.com
I got there prototype for the 25MM spacer conversion!!! call them and ask them for the 25 MM, 35 MM is way to large...

took them 2 weeks to send it out was worth the wait...

I had them for a year, sold them now to get bigger wheels.

Pro's - arnt weak ass like the rest of the bolt on spacers, will not brake under hard driving... the 2 peice ones can fail. these are 1 peice. bolted on like a wheel.

- Make every wheel clear Big Brakes!! this is a++ for drifters/drivers who have lots of sets of wheels...most wheels dont clear big brakes... they will with these.

-Easy to install. Easy to remove. you get selection from both 4 lug and 5 lug wheels

Con's
- Requires cutting a stud in half. (not good when you want to sell the conversion)
- Dont get nice big dishes on crazy off set.

heres a pic of the spacers on my car with
Z32 wheels TT offset.

I'd like to hear what RBS14 has to say about T3.

You can't go around spouting shit like that and not back it up.

I've just got personal beef with him. We go to track events and he does whatever he wants, without regard to rules and what others have asked of him. He's got a huge attitude and is generally arrogant. I can't speak for the quality of his parts, just his personality, or lack there of. I just don't want an asshole like him making $$ off of 240 people, when there are so many good shops with nice people running them. There is no reason to buy parts from him, he's not making any parts that aren't already made for our cars. And the parts he makes that others don't, such as these hub adapters, are an ass backwards ghetto man's way of doing it.

One of the main reasons I hate him is because he is the kind of person who is getting drifting a bad name at race tracks throughout california, and screwing the rest of us. We were at buttonwillow for a private event. The track manager talks to the entire group of us and says he's seriously thinking about not letting drifting events back there for good because of track damage, due to coming back on track under power. I'm flagging and I see Gabe out there sucking as usual. Because of his sucking, he's going off track, but instead of shutting it down until he's back on pavement, he's coming back on track under full throttle. this is the exact thing the track manager told us not to do. In the course of 20 mins I flagged him in 3 times for this and got an arrogant attitude and "oh it's just one wheel, it's not that bad, chill out" responses ever time. He thinks he's above everyone and I detest that attitude.

I know this is an old thread but with these 4 to 5 lug spacers wouldn't the stock studs stick out of them??? I'm interested in these but won't bother if this is the case. I already have wheels and looking for other alternatives other than switching out the hubs. My wheels specs are: 17x8 f/17x9 r +35 on all 4.
