Yes that's the panel, but it doesn't have the strings coming out of the sides of it. The rear cargo cover has the strings, so I thought you were referring to the rear cargo cover instead of this in your PM? I can give you some of the clips that hold it to the bottom of the hatch, but I'm not sure if I have all 8 of them.
