Lemons* you must not be super up with the league. It's a parody of Le mans, its an endurance race with super low budget cars, usually themed. No it isn't an excuse, but lemons cars have a "This hasn't been done before, lets do it" attitude, not a "This will look bad, so we shouldn't do it". 80% of cars racing are some kind of weird oddity in one way or another.

That being said; That corvette, and 240 should never ever have merged.

You should check it out, lots of fun and super safe series. While your at it, check out chump car, and WRL. Most cars from lemons double into the chump car series. And WRL, some of the more "Professional" cars go into. But WRL Gets spec miatas and such there too..

From personal experience, Chump is a lot more aggressive. "Rubbin' is racing" mentality. Lemons is more user friendly, no bumping is allowed at all, or both cars are black flag, and given a penalty (which is half the fun in lemons, you tube the penalty videos)
