And this is why you can't ever convince me LeBron in his prime is better then Kobe in his prime, or that LeBron will have a better career then Kobe. This guy is 2 years away from retiring and is just destroying everyone with his will to win, something LeBron just cannot do. Jordan was the only one that could do this as well.

Spurs are a regular season team.

I think its the Clippers who will make it to the Finals, if not Memphis as a darkhorse.

Here is my problem with your comment.... Lebron is still in his prime. How do you know he will not be the same player once he gets to 35+ yrs of age? Lebron right now in his prime is better than Kobe was in his prime. DOn't give me the Kobe could score 81 in his prime crap. Lebron could do the same if he wanted to ballhog against a really bad team (Kobe did it against a really bad Raptors team) so could Melo and so could KD. Kobe could never do what Lebron does right now during his prime (do everything). MJ dominated the game with his scoring and defense , Lebron does that while also doing everything else (lead team in assist, rebound, stop fastbreaks with chase down blocks etc). They are completely different players so stop the comparing because it's moot. If you want to compare Magic and Lebron, that makes far more sense...

More often than not, i agree with you on most things in this thread, but i hate that "it was against a bad team" nonsense every time someone brings up the 81 point game. Bad team or not, its an NBA team and the Lakers were down 15 when he took that game over. Further more THAT Laker team was shit too and had he not played that way they would've lost by 20. Shoulda coulda woulda whatever. Fact is those players you mentioned HAVE NOT or even come close to a scoring effort like that. So don't throw that performance out with the bath water simply because it's Kobe who did it. 81 points in the NBA is 81 fucking points.
