How do you control the mirrors? I never seen a 14 without Power Mirrors.

Pure example on how a good camera and good quality pictures make your car look six million times better.
@franklin - I love those BLITZ gauges. I need to grab me a set. |

Hey broadfeild, why don't you make something, that looks like plastic trim peice on the s13 vert, that goes around the top part of the windsheild, but then put oem clean looking housings for gauges that are angled down.
This way from the outside of the car it will look stock or oem , and from the inside you can see all the gauges at any time, kind like as if you had the cockpit of a jet or something. This way, nothing would be blocking your vision like the steering wheel or hands. Or to one up it, have a switch to control the lights on them, so if you street the car, and get pulled over you can turn the lights off, so they don't ask, what are those for? pop your hood. Cause they would have to be kneeling next to your car to see the top of the windshield, instead of standing looking down into your car. |

oh is that how that works? How do I know that he has not already made something like that before? Do you think he only works on 240s? Maybe he has made something similar to what I am asking for another car, and he could show me close to what I am asking for? Instead of having to pay an assload to have something that might be as good as it is in my head. Like putting gauges directly behind my hands when they are on the wheel. Now that I have seen it, I will know that I would not want to put gauges in those vents like he just posted. So I know that I wouldnt want to put it there.

http://zilvia.net/f/interior-exterio...roadfield.html .... was ordered by the customer, then I build it. I don't do any "spec" work per say. I don't build pieces just to build them. It works out nice this way because every single piece is tailored to the customer's needs and their equipment. Do I have some say in how I do it?.... sure! The customer and I will go over what they are wanting and I will put my own little taste into the piece, if necessary, to make sure it meets my requirements and doesn't look like an abomination in your car. Most of my customers say that the piece(s) I do for them end up turning out better than they had it envisioned in their head.... that's the ultimate compliment for me. |
