Juusco - Don't stress it too much, some of these guys don't know that your's is just a build that's not being driven yet and you are only 16. His is going in the right direction so far and he is open to advice. Don't do any color based on suggestion unless it's already in the color you picked as you won't be happy otherwise... (ie: you like green so shades of green as suggestion...) I think if you decide to keep that blue, you should do the wheels in a powder coated gold or bronze. A car that's actually being "built" not daily driven like his isn't doing it wrong and really shouldn't belong in this thread. It's not a disagree with color style thread... Yes his car could use lowering, but I would rather see stock height vs lowered with Ebay coils. It currently reminds me of a CBR 1000 paint scheme which looks amazing as a bike, but would be hard to execute on an S13 hatch.
On Topic - Molded in body lines (Flames and kit are terrible IMO...) http://hudsonvalley.craigslist.org/cto/5246965097.html |

I saw this a while ago, kid's got awesome fab skills, the wheels kinda look like 17's in that picture? and the wheel color is very interesting (positive feedback) so I really like where its going, I don't judge a quality work in progress. Jusco keep doin what you are doing don't listen to the haters who cant even afford fake rocket bunny.

Because, from what i understand, the car isn't even being driven. The order in which he purchases parts is irrelevant. His fenders need to be cut before he can ever lower the car.

I wanted to read reviews, watch videos (if there were ones), tried to find where they are made and what would be the best one for me! And the car can't be lowered before cutting and welding the fenders anyway.

Plenty of people are using a car "driven hard" as a excuse to be a pile of shit or a well put together car as not shit cause it's hard parked. Are you mad you can't afford to build it nice and drive it hard? A lambo parked in a garage doesn't make it any less of a car if it's only taken out 50 miles a month then if it gets driven to the ground. |

What the fuck are you going on about? I'm on the kid's side. I think what he has going shows a lot of promise, especially for someone his age.

I may have misread where u were going with ur post.
I often see on here people saying a car has no cred even if its well built unless it's driven hard. A silly excuse to not give a nice car props. |

Yes, you definitely misread. I was simply defending why he hasn't had the need to lower the car yet and has purchased other items. If it isn't being driven, the height does not matter.
Either way, fuck it. Build your car for you man. It looks like it has promise, don't let us down.

when i think about a 16 year old building an s13, overly-aggressive wheels and rocket bunny are the first things that come to mind. kids sure do get started on the path to instagram fame at an early age now days #instagramswagpoints #flanders #semahopeful
i hope you make it rad and prove me wrong juucso, but i'll be here to provide negative reinforcement along the way hahaha glad you aren't a bitch like mhubeny

If those wheels weren't yellow everyone here would be creaming in their pants. The car's in the process of being built, using quality parts. The fuck are you on about?
Oh, and by the way. The Bad Quality/Review 180SX has the same colour scheme, why aren't you guys hating on that?

how about the generic poverty cali car set up?
I seen this applied to so many cars and i personally don't care for it at all but then again to each his own I guess. 1. Make your fog lights lens and/or headlights yellow 2. Install a unused roof rack 3. Install a "racing" tow hitch and make sure you have a toy hanging off of it 4. Add stickers all over the front lip of you car 5. Throw on some cheap small sportmax wheels with low offsets 6. illest and canibeat stickers finish off the look There you have it below. A generic california style with everything I listed. |

Omg. Took me a week to get through all the pages. Saw one of the ads on this site was stickerbomb vinyl wrap. Missed the screen shot opportunity.

Personally I love Nakagawa's 180SX. I liked it best with the Sunoco Camaro inspired color scheme.

When I was 16 all we did to our cars was install a good sound system and wheels. We appreciated what we already had and took care of it. I'm not sure why that's so difficult today? I'll blame it on social media for "parenting" them and creating a must-have-it-all-now attitude.
