Yeah, I was kinda on edge the whole time I was there. Especially since the NAACP recently put Missouri on its travel advisory list for POC, which was previously reserved only for international destinations. Sure, I only saw like 3 black ppl the whole time I was there, but folks were polite and the trip was without incident for the most part.

The economic impact of just ending DACA will be catafuckingstrophic.
These are legally employed people who COMPETED for and got jobs for which they're ostensibly paying taxes.
They're students who made their way into universities and ALL pay out-of-state tuition and room/board.
They pay fair market rates for housing, they buy things and contribute to the economy.
Pick up 800k people at one time and remove them ALL from gainful contribution to the American dream and watch as shit goes all the way haywire.
