S14 Kouki white with blue pearls. With stock z wheels,brembos and lowered. In the savons plaza on Colima and Azusa. I've also seen this same car in garden grove a little while ago on lampson and magnolia.

Spotted a grey S13 right by universal studios, about 20mins ago. Looked like dookie, wheel fitment sucked, and it had a lifted instead of a drop. HAHAHA. And it happened again last week, douch in an S13 with exhaust and rims in Sherman Oaks would not even look in my direction when he clearly sees my car next to him because i'm ahead. Couple of days later i see a WRX caravan and these guys give me nods, i signaled back and we went on our separate ways. I just think a lot Honda guys are buying/stealing 240's because drifting is so hot right now, so this whole spotted thread is probably their means to stealing our cars and parting them out.

.....i never got any respect whether my car looked like - Toilet.....

why do you feel that you need to be acknowledged? if they wave then they do if not then oh well lol i drive a subaru as well and sometimes they wave sometimes they dont, and if i wave and they dont, i dont get mad or feel stupid, who cares.

seen a white s14 on xxr's black w/ chrome lip, on 405 north by 710. about 1:30 pm tinted windows, had an exhaust, i waved , (i was the guy on the silverado)

the other night (thursday night i think) going 5 south seen a white hatch w/ silvia front end, HID's - pretty low, bronze rims i think, u got on the 22 westbound

I could only speak to my personal experiences.

1) I don't hate Honda. I would recommend a Honda to anyone

2) I USED TO hate Civics. Reason was because an 'Intake and Exhaust' don't make a car a 'street racer.'

3) Most Civic exhaust sounds are amongst the worst I've ever heard.

4) I'm tired of seeing "JDM" this and that. Parts from Japanese companies for USDM vehicles doesn't make it JDM! I.E. HKS shift knobs are not JDM. By that logic anything stock in the Civic is JDM. Real JDM is putting a Type-R engine in there.

5) Generally speaking, Civics give a bad rep for other import enthusiast.

I'm over all that hate now and I actually enjoy seeing what Civic owners are doing. Moreover, I'm not a 240 owner but I consider the 240 as the Civic of Nissan: cheap price, lots of aftermarket support, easily made to look like another car (i.e. S13.5, S14.5, etc), and both GENERALLY hunger for the JDM engine equivalent.

Anyone own a blue 180sx with (I think) black hood? I saw you going down York Blvd towards Eagle Rock. I said what's up but you just kept driving and it sounded like you rev'd you engine afterwards. Stupid.

It was a RHD covert or a JDM 180sx.
