I agree on the 10/22. Not a marlin fan...
Do they come with the extended mag release now?

Anyone wanting to trade their Gen4 19 for my LNIB gen 4 17? Hoping to get CCW here soon and I'm looking at the 19 as one option. Would also consider trades for a Beretta 84FS

We have another thread for that U.S. Gun Control Discussion
Back on topic: I am kicking myself for not buying an AR lower pre-December events. Sitting on the fence did not help me any, seeing these insane prices for stripped lowers... On another note, what would be a reasonable price to sell a MY2000+ 10/22 be? A handgun is looking mighty tempting to get, and the only reason I seem to be hanging onto it is because the ammo is relatively dirt cheap (despite the fact I haven't found any for sale in the Bay Area). |

Having fun putting this new lil guy together. Can't wait to go shoot it! Still need an optic, rings, and a sling. And ammo...lots of ammo.
Brand new. Just brought home. New parts Install Done-ish

You can get rings now that bolt right to the reviver so you don't have to use the rail. Allows you to still sight down the barrel.

45-70 magnum research BFR. Basically a hand cannon. Front sights were raised to accommodate recoil. Just added the grip to it. Way more comfortable.

They must be way overloaded with applications right now. It barely took 2 weeks for mine to arrive a year ago.

I want to go shooting, but the lack of ammo tells me I shouldn't.

Just picked up 1,000 rounds of PMC X-TAC, green tip, 62 grain. . . surprising considering everywhere else I've bought ammo is limiting people to 2 boxes of 100 rounds. |

The Kel Tec P3AT I had for concealment was just too damn small to get a grip on, after taking a shot the barrel was usually aimed at 45 degrees from parallel to the ground. A friend had been badgering me to let him buy it, so I caved. Sold it, then picked this up
After having put about 100 rounds thru it I can say that the Beretta Nano ONLY eats 124 grain, if you put 115 grain in it have fun picking out every 4th or 5th shell when it fails to eject. After I learned that I haven't had any other problems with it. One of the biggest selling points (and more pistols are coming with this feature now-a-days) is it's magazine release, not only is it low profile so it doesn't get hung on pockets, etc, but it can be taken apart and assembled to be left hand specific. I wish my Glock was this way. . . Anywho, got around to making these the other day after finding the parts online to to make a 308 bullet pen and also 30_06 as well! The nickel pen is two 308 casings with black chrome colored fixtures, and the brass one is a 308 and 30_06 with brass colored fixtures. I'm getting married in May, so these will make great gifts to give my groomsmen! |

Yeah, they make cool gifts, I love writing with mine since it's just a nice and heavy pen, plus most people ask what it is if they don't know.
How is everyone with .223 and 5.56 ammo? I try to buy a couple boxes when I see it but lately I've gotten in the habit of buying 1,000 round cases just to save the hassle of hunting down boxes of 20 count. |
