question. are you gonna wrap that DP section that is inside of the car or are you gonna build a fire wall that keeps it on the outside? im just woundering cause from the looks of it your gonna be sweating your ass off.. but im sure that you have some kind of material you plan on putting on it to keep it from transfering to much heat to the inside.

Well it does get all closed off in the tunnel. It's really not that much different than the downpipe running right down the firewall and under your seat like every other car.

Ctnewman,

I found this flat pattern of the cots for the collectors, on another site, I have created some 3d models for manifold (just practicing) on NX and ProE, but how did you manage to create the flat pattern themselves i know how to project the curved made on the tubes but been able to "unfold" the tube in order to create a flat pattern, not? I have created quite a few flat patterns but from bracket not from tubes.

So i haven't worked on this thing in ages, until recently. I was going to try and finish it up and then just bust it out at a sprng meet, but to be honest, posting this shit and getting feedback inspires me to work on it more, so:

01/19/10 - Power Distribution

01/20/10 - HID bulbs and relay holder

01/21/10 - Fuse block and wiring cont.

I'm so glad you've started working on it again, I'm in a similar situation with wiring my MegaJolt Lite Jr. system on my 80 VW Rabbit and it gets tedious sometimes but seeing what you've done really inspires me to go on and finish my build. Keep up the good/hard work and I hope for the best for your build, Chris.
