Thank you very much sir. A+(awesome/amazing) work. I really am going to have to get together with you at some point. Looks like I need more gauges.

thanks! a friend helped me fabricate the radio delete bezel. i did not want anything mounted on the dash and i don't like the A-pillar mounts.

Also i found out from this thread that kognition doesn't produce their CF radio delete bezel. So we made our own

Really tidy! I've got the kognition panel with 3x gauge cutouts, but I need to mount the rest of my gubbins, and your layout looks spot on. (ie, I'm going to copy it!)

Forgot to mention, the door pockets on my door panels were cracked, idk how they cracked but it was burning a hole in my ass, so I just removed em:

Also, the rubber on my pedals was rubbed out so I put some grip tape lol. Those weapon R mats are cheap, good deal probably but it's still something I step on:

The carpet is black, it's not dyed it was made by some family, in an upholstery shop.

SOrry for the crappy cell phone pics lol

Flocking something is about the easiest thing a guy can do. It has been around for a long time. It was very popular to do on the recessed speaker area on custom fiberglass kick panels and door pods back when I started getting into car audio 20 years ago. It was simply a very easy way to finish it off without having to try to seam carpet in there etc. It will wear pretty badly on high "traffic" areas. Small fibers will constantly come off also. Which isn't a problem if you are flocking the same color as your interior.

Here is a link to a kid that just did his door cards and will be doing his dash and other various bits.

Flock It!

Now that I think about it, I think he may be from the Chicago area. He called me a couple months ago and I'm pretty sure it was an Illinois #. But I get a gnarly load of calls, so I could be mistaken.

My boy picked up some fabric, and we sat down in a very manly manner and hand stitched two pieces together. haha. Just grab your fabric, make an outline of your exsiting boot, cut two identical pieces, sew the sides together leaving about two inches at the top for the ring / clip that sits below the shift knob. Then flip the fabric around, and you're golden. Don't sew the bottom side of the fabric like I did on my first attempt! lol.

Got a question for you flockers, When you flock a dash can you use like bondo to fill up the cracks on the dash than sanding it smooth?

Yes, then use that DuPont vinyl dye to paint it black then flock and your dash will look like a high-school diorama.

Nice, I always stapled mine together because I was too lazy to stitch it, haha!

This is what mine looked like right before I ripped it apart last year. That particular shift boot fit the worst because I didn't have the little plastic thing to hold up the top of it. The car was also dirty as shit because I hit 2 drift events that month.
