thatll be easy on any tire
the z1s stretch easy too i run 215 40 on 17x10 so im sure 235s will be no problem, they might not even be stretched its a decently wide tire

I had a buddy that worked at a tire shop. They also had a cheeta there for stretched and hard to seat bead tires. I dont understand why they wouldnt do it, just get them to mount the tire on the rim, take it home do the ol starter fluid trick and take them back to balance.

Do any of you have experience with cheap Ebay tires, such as LingLong or Achilles?
I don't care about performance, I'm just curious how wide they run, and how they stretch. They're tempting to buy, but I wouldn't want them to blow up in my face. Who names their product after a guy known for having a flaw. |

He stretched a 451 on a ten. Then he put a 235/30 on a ten and it wasn't that much more seated than the falken's, but the contact patch was bigger and the tires were fucking awesome. Thats what I am waiting on right now

i had a 225/40/18 on a 18x9 with the star spec z1 there was barely or no stretch at all when i compared it to with a toyo t1r on the same wheels and same tire specs the toyo's had more of an noticable stretch compared to the z1's

I have an ignorant question from a stretch noob. I want to fit a set of Hankook Venturi ZR1 S212's, 225/40/18's onto a set of 18x9.5. Now for the stretch part.. I know its not MUCH when compared to what you guys do but I'd like to inquire as to who I can go to install? Can I just go ANYWHERE and ask them to just install it whether it is stretched or not or is it only specific shops that do this, and have experience doing this?
Thanks - Billy |

Any decent tire shop will do that for you. Don't even mention it as being stretched. Just ask how much to mount a tire on an 18, and if the price is right bring it to them.
That most likely wont require any special equipment |
